Package: bash
Version: 3.1dfsg-8
Severity: minor

The Debian policy states in 12.1
"Each program, utility, and function should have an associated manual
page included in the same package."

Which, in my reading, suggests that even a small utility like bashbug
should have its own man-page, even if it's just for cosmetics.

cheers,
