Most of the links in that section seem similar.
There are various bad pointers to the FAQ. file:///usr/share/doc/hylafax-doc/html/toc.html, Under supporting materials, uses a URL of http://www.hylafax.org/HylaFAQ/. That page exists, but at the top it says in red "NOTE: You are viewing an archived copy of HylaFAX.org which is no longer maintained. Please visit www.hylafax.org for the latest HylaFAX information." The operations page mentioned at the top of this message also has a link to the HylaFAQ, http://www.hylafax.org/FAQ/.
