Should you mean 1.3.6-5 together with 2.0.0.1+dfsg-2 please have a look at the Feed Item List Toolbar in the Sidebar. The buttons there are labelled and thus don't fit very well in the size a sidebar usually has. Thus, the "Mark All as Read" etc. buttons are not visible. I don't know if this is easy to fix, I just know that this was different with FF1.5 and that my newer Sage on FF2 on Windows doesn't have this problem.
