Ok; it would be nice to communicate a timeline to the bug so people
can stop asking me about it.

b.d.o gets all the bugs, and owner@ has the actual power to create
them. That they should be coordinated with ftpmaster is probably a
good idea, but since they have nothing to do with what is in the
archive, and only with how bugs are filed, the domain seems pretty
obvious.
