For clarity, just mention that the line has two parts, the part between
parentheses is the english name for the dict and the part before it is the
name in the dict language (or whatever the maintainer wants to put there,
if there are expected problems with encodings ...)

Both parts can have more that one word and none of the words alone is a
field, and nothing is mandated to match the hash name.
