i hadn't yet allowed this because the previous version of cacti would
automatically overwrite the contents of the file, which i wanted to
avoid. however, in the next version of cacti the file is managed under
ucf control, which helps prevent that from happening, so i've gone ahead
and set up the postinst to always call the function that generates the
config file.
