Package: html-helper-mode Version: 3.0.4kilo-2 Severity: important -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
Running html-helper-mode under emacs-snapshot-gtk causes CPU usage to jump to 100%. I have tested this both in the graphical frontend as well as from a console (using the -nw flag) and I get 100% CPU usage no matter what. I have tested C, CPerl, PHP, and Ruby modes and none of them seem to have this issue. The only other thing that I've noticed is that if the focus changes to the minibuffer, the CPU usage drops back down. But any time the focus is in the main window, even if the currently displayed buffer isn't using html-helper, the CPU stays pegged at 100%. - -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-1-amd64 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages html-helper-mode depends on: ii css-mode 0.11-5 A Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) edi ii emacs-snapshot-gtk [emacsen 1:20070128-1 The GNU Emacs editor (with GTK+ 2. ii emacs21 [emacsen] 21.4a+1-3 The GNU Emacs editor html-helper-mode recommends no packages. - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFwElJBPYwh6bSSDcRAl3tAJ4lj+JCfFBButeyUT0hku7Nz+RA5QCfRvqx KqNzd4Sz8ATd+GNNy3Bv9qs= =ii9y -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
