Bug#409112: taskjuggler: duration of a task is wrong when an interactive report is printed

hi,

taskjuggler 2.3.1 was released yesterday. An upload will be done soon (today), 
we'll see if the new upstream release fixes the issue or it's a remaining 
bug.
