How about creating a gaim-gnome package which the "normal" gaim package would recommend or, the other way round, a gaim-nognome package depended upon by the gaim package, while all the non-gnome stuff would be moved out of the main package? Or, make gaim depend on gaim-gnome|gaim-foo where gaim-foo would be some dummy package?
I realize that none of these solutions is particularly nice, but for us anti-gconf people it would be *very* nice to have such a solution. Regards -- Stefan Ott -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
