Yes, gnome-bluetooth ( compiled from upstream source ) works on my comp, just the integration with nautilus-sendto doesn't work ( I simply cannot see any bluetooth-related option in nautilus-sendto 'Send to...' popup window, and invoking it from command line with 'nautilus-sendto file' reveals that only gaim, evolution and sylpheed-claws plugins get loaded )
Furthermore, both Bastian Nocerra and Julien Valroff from the gnome-bluetooth mailing list say the problem lies in Debian's nautilus-sendto:
