 Yes, it should work. The problem is compiling it, as you can only have
or apache-1 or apache-2 apxs tool, needed for compiling the package. So
this cannot be solved with Build-Dependencies.

 For locally fixing this, you only have to change B-D on apache by one
on apache2 and recompile the package. It should work, AFAIK.

 I don't think this will solved, as adding another copy of the source
just for the apache2 module does not seem a good idea to me.
