Package: gimageview
Version: 0.2.27-1
Severity: normal

WWhen I terminate the movie viewer window using 'File - Quit' while
a movie is running or has stopped, it is impossible to use gimv to
open the viewer a second time (by clicking on the same or antoher item)
The message

(gimv:1516): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_colormap_get_screen: assertion
`GDK_IS_COLORMAP (cmap)' failed

appears on the control terminal and gimv freezes up completely. The app
requires a CTL-C on the control terminal to exit.
This problem does not occur on an x86 amd64 platform.
My platform is a pretty old celeron laptop (Toshiba Sat. 4060 XCDT).
The problem is reproducible.
