Package: gimageview Version: 0.2.27-1 Severity: normal
WWhen I terminate the movie viewer window using 'File - Quit' while a movie is running or has stopped, it is impossible to use gimv to open the viewer a second time (by clicking on the same or antoher item) The message (gimv:1516): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_colormap_get_screen: assertion `GDK_IS_COLORMAP (cmap)' failed appears on the control terminal and gimv freezes up completely. The app requires a CTL-C on the control terminal to exit. This problem does not occur on an x86 amd64 platform. My platform is a pretty old celeron laptop (Toshiba Sat. 4060 XCDT). The problem is reproducible. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages gimageview depends on: ii libatk1.0-0 1.12.4-1 The ATK accessibility toolkit ii libbz2-1.0 1.0.3-6 high-quality block-sorting file co ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-8 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.12.4-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk2.0-0 2.8.20-3 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libjpeg62 6b-13 The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG ii libmng1 1.0.9-1 Multiple-image Network Graphics li ii libpango1.0-0 1.14.8-4 Layout and rendering of internatio ii libpng12-0 1.2.15~beta5-1 PNG library - runtime ii librsvg2-2 2.14.4-2 SAX-based renderer library for SVG ii libx11-6 2:1.0.3-4 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 1:1.0.1-2 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxine1 1.1.2+dfsg-2 the xine video/media player librar ii xlibs 6.9.0.dfsg.1-6 X Window System client libraries m ii zlib1g 1:1.2.3-13 compression library - runtime gimageview recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
