README.Debian located in /usr/share/doc/gnome-power-manager/ tells you
how to enable those hal interfaces.

this is an hack, as i wrote before you had to read the README.Debian.

ihmo it's clear, this interface is used only by hal, gnome-power-manager
doesn't export this interface.

Ehrr, if you don't know what you are doing you don't have to click on
the buttons. ihmo. Anyway, patch are welcome.

because hal will support more OS so usr/lib/hal/script/*.scripts are
used for all OS; linux/*.script are used only by linux
