The names attribute doesn't seem to be well normalized. In some instances, there are multiple different names that are separated in different ways. For instance, CTE's names are separated by the "&" entity while AFI's names are separated by the word "and." I think it would be better if each name were separated into multiple sub-elements instead. How do you feel about this idea?
