Package: gnucash Version: 2.0.2-3 Severity: normal Several times a month, when I start GnuCash I get the "Cannot find default values" dialog at startup. I walk through the steps to accept the "GnuCash updates the search path" option, and then the dialog goes away again for a while. But at some point, it comes back and I have to do it all again.
I don't use GnuCash every day, and the dialog doesn't come back every time I use it, so unfortunately I haven't been able to figure out what makes it come back. But sooner or later it always does. There is at least one other GnuCash user on our host, and she and I are both using the same database, if that matters. I haven't been able to determine whether someone else using GnuCash causes the dialog to come back. Every time I walk through the search path druid, GnuCash adds another stanza to my ~/.gconf.path.
