Package: apt-file
Version: 2.0.8.2
Severity: normal

When apt-file is newly installed, before apt-file update, it fails to
find any results to searches, in a way that looks like there's no hit.
It should instead print an error and/or exit nonzero to indicate that
it's not set up and working.
