They are, but something on your system seem to be preventing
xserver-xorg-core to be uploaded (the package being set on hold in the
package manager, maybe, or something similar).

I do not have any hold placed on xserver-xorg-core package.
In any case, I updated xserver-xorg-core package and it pulled
xserver-xorg-video-nv and everything is installed without any
problems...
