It is quite easy. I am not sure why you could not reproduce it but in my
case I have installed, or rather had to install iceape through
apt-get'ing mozilla-browser 1.8+1.0.7-2 (which deinstalled mozilla)
because the package mozilla of the same version refused to with the same
description as Gullevek got.
This is caused by mozilla 1.8+1.0.7-2 depending on iceape while iceape
1.0.7-2 collides with mozilla. iceape should instead only collide with
mozilla <1.8.
Of course, this should be best fixed in SeaMonkey 1.1 that has been
released already. :-)
