Package: alpine
Version: 0.81

Normally running "debian/rules build" builds the binary and
"debian/rules binary" then generates the .deb file. The rules file in
alpine, however, only runs the configure script when calling build and
then re-runs that and builds the binary + .deb when calling binary. Not
what it should be...

Also, "debian/rules clean" is completely broken, I was already wondering
why "debian/rules clean binary" only took half a minute. I know my
machine is fast, but it isn't that fast. ;-) It doesn't seem to call
"make clean" at all...

It probably doesn't cause real problems on buildds or wherever, but it'd
still be nice to have this fixed.

PASSFILE again...)
