Ok, so how about the DWN? But they are more like monthly news at the moment... Or the DSA which are announced on the Debian homepage? But, well, they might scare a user more than provide him any service... I guess most interesting to the users could be the debian-news and debian-announce lists, but they do not provide a rss-feed...
