Indeed, in the package (README.Debian i think), there is an explanation. I am quite busy right now with other packages and other things in general. I should take time to close bugs of unison. FYI, i am thinking of moving unison to unison2.13.16 and begin to package beta release of unison, which solve a lots of bugs. In fact, there is a great gap between stable release and unstable release.
