This line in debian/rules:

make DEBUGFLAGS=-g OPTFLAGS=$(OPTFLAGS)

leaves off this part of the OPTFLAGS, which is defined in the original
Makefile:

        -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64

Adding this definition to OPTFLAGS will allow large file systems to be
examined.

Here's a patch which seems to work:
