Reading the bug tracker I wasn't sure if Marco has solved this issue. First of all: mod_authn_dbd does NOT work. [Also it does not provide all of mod_auth_pgsql's functionality.. And their like. Even though apr-utils appeared to be linked with libpq.. Anyways.. after severl hours of research, I found that it helps to load mod_auth_pgsql as first module.
