Package: ext2resize Version: 1.1.17-5 Severity: important lvresize from lvm20 uses ext2resize to resize filesystems on logical volume manager partitions.
Sadly ext2resize segfaulted repeatedly on my ext3 filesystem. So either ext2resize does not know the subtle differences but also does not print a warning on ext3 filesystems (which should be considered a bug) or it has another problem. Beeing busy to get my FS back I did not make an strace, sorry.
