default, Apache uses /usb/lib/cgi-bin as its cgi-bin directory. The
links for system and data refer to the cgi scripts in / instead of
/cgi-bin/apcupsd/. I think multimon.cgi should be corrected such that
the links refer to the correct directory.

i just prepared version 3.10.17 of apcupsd in which multimon.cgi
refers to the right dir without no problem.
It should be available in some days
