That does not change the compatibility level. That parameter is
already set in debian/compat with the same value, so the one defined
in debian/rules is just redundant.

Seems fair by me. In case (still possible) that I dig this intent into
a nice grave by forgetting the NMU intent, please don't hesitate to
NMU also, of course with the l10n patch..:)
