Hello,

I think Miroslaw has a point. There should be a way to specify a
fallback encoding which slrn assumes when seeing broken messages. Of
course the world is full of broken newsreaders/writters sending
non-ASCII without charset/encoding declaration, but we should have the
best possible workaround for this case ready. At least having a fallback
encoding.

Eduard.
