Package: fontconfig Version: 2.3.1-2 Severity: normal hi,
with reg. other reported problem, I tried to make fc-cache skip a problematic dir by chmod'g it to 000: # ls -ld /usr/share/fonts/afms/ms d--------- 2 root root 4096 2005-03-12 15:46 /usr/share/fonts/afms/ms yet fc-cache seems to ignore permissions and tries to access contents: fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts/afms": caching, 0 fonts, 2 dirs fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts/afms/adobe": caching, 0 fonts, 0 dirs fc-cache: "/usr/share/fonts/afms/ms": hanging there (that's the other problem reported). Point here is, that I think it should skip dir set as chmod a-x. thanks -- paolo -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
