Package: subversion-tools Version: 1.4.2dfsg1-2 Severity: normal I use svn_load_dirs as an essential part of how I import new upstream sources into subversion. So I was startled to see it's vanished from Debian, without a trace in any changelog, bug report, or anywhere else I could find. Just airbrushed right out.
Luckily, it's still available upstream. Please at least document it when you remove essential commands in the future. And please add it back. -- System Information: Debian Release: 4.0 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.18-3-686 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages subversion-tools depends on: ii subversion 1.4.2dfsg1-2 Advanced version control system Versions of packages subversion-tools recommends: ii libconfig-inifiles-perl 2.39-2 Read .ini-style configuration file ii libsvn-perl 1.4.2dfsg1-2 Perl bindings for Subversion ii liburi-perl 1.35-2 Manipulates and accesses URI strin ii postfix [mail-transport-age 2.3.6-1 A high-performance mail transport ii python-subversion 1.4.2dfsg1-2 Python bindings for Subversion ii xsltproc 1.1.19-1 XSLT command line processor -- no debconf information -- see shy jo
