Package: tremulous

Tremulous used to have a GPLed engine, some GPL compatible licenses,
creative commons share alike 2.5 for game media, and a restrictive
license for the textures (noncommercial/noderivs).

The latest code has an updated license that removes the restrictive
licenses.  It is under the GPL for the engine, creative commons share
alike 2.5 for the game media, and GPL compatible licenses for other
libraries.

Does this qualify as DFSG free?  If so, can you move tremulous to
main?  I'm not sure if it's in contrib/non-free due to the old license
or the current one.  When they released the standalone version 1.1.0,
it had the old texture licenses.  I noticed that they changed the
license recently.
