That is very strange indeed. Unfortunately, I can't be of much help,
here... Isn't the same happening for iceape (which, by the way, doesn't
set LD_LIBRARY_PATH but is still fine...) ?

I tried a lot, but I do not found the problem.
When I changed a little bit an Makefile, the rebuilded files are different.

My guess is that it depends on order of execution
Makefile snippets, like export:: and export-idl::
And/or due to subsecond resolution of file stamps.
