The seliux-policy-refpolicy-src and selinux-policy-refpolicy-strict policies do
not match. I installed the selinux-policy-refpolicy-src package so I could
customize my own policies (No customizations yet, I am just attempting to
re-create what is already present via the selinux-policy-refpolicy-strict
package), but as I when through the procedures listed in the INSTALL file I ran
into the following error message:

/usr/sbin/load_policy: Can't load policy: Invalid argument
libsemanage.semanage_reload_policy: load_policy returned error code 2.
/usr/sbin/semodule: Failed!
make: *** [load] Error 1

Searching google and reviewing my dmesg logs I found the following hint:

Cannot switch between MLS and non-MLS policies
security: 6 users, 6 roles, 862 types, 76 bools, 1 sens, 1024 cats
security: 58 classes, 24342 rules

I was able to fix this error by setting the TYPE variable to strict-mls and
repeating the instructions provided in the INSTALL file.

Thanks!

- Ryan
