I though orange had been able to extract all known .exe files.
Unfortunately it doesn't extract some installers that have embedded
cabinets (like some have embedded RARs or ZIPs).
Not sure if file can detect the embedded cabinet ones. objdump should be
able to say if there are windows resources though.
OTOH I could try unpacking with orange and then with other known
extractors including cabextract and windres.
I think that is the best way to do things.
