Bug#403381: NS_InitEmbedding missing from libraries

NS_InitEmbedding has been replaced by NS_InitXPCOM3 in the 
libgtkmozembed.so files that come with the latest downloads of icedove, 
etc. It's therefore no longer available to Eclipse.
