So, it seems it's now processing a different command with the same issue: semodule. This is what I currently see: Locating modules Calculating dependencies between modules Ordering modules based on dependencies Selecting modules based on installed packages Loaded base policy Loaded module inetd.pp Loaded module finger.pp Loaded module tcpd.pp Loaded module remotelogin.pp Loaded module telnet.pp Loaded module sasl.pp Loaded module gpg.pp Loaded module pythonsupport.pp and an lsof shows: semodule 18307 root 3rW REG 253,0 0 33482 /etc/selinux/refpolicy-targeted/modules/semanage.trans.LOCK semodule 18307 root 4r REG 253,0 2210399 33741 /etc/selinux/refpolicy-targeted/modules/tmp/base.pp So I suppose it's base.pp being currently processed, but I can't tell whether it's a harder file to process than the other as I don't have any time indication.
