They come from the literate source (la)tex files.

I added to the bugfixes distribution a subtree

      src/java

with the java sources and instructions. Hope I didn't make major
mistakes there. The binaries probably contain much junk.  (The files
come from different projects currently under development and go
through frequent changes.)
