Hi Jamin, thanks for your report. Upstream development of phpldapadmin is quite stalled nowadays, so I do not expect that this bug will be fixed anytime soon. In any case, if I receive a patch I'll be glad to include it in the debian package; in the meantime, I'll forward this issue to the upstream bug tracking system.
