Package: php4-mysql
Version: 4:4.3.10-9.lmc10
Severity: important

I upgraded a box to the newest php4 and apache packages, and discovered that
the apache-ssl initscript would hang. I found that reverting apache-ssl
to the previous version didn't help, but backing off the php version to
4:4.3.10-8 did make the problem go away. A rebuild of -9 made the problem
reappear. I backed out the changes from -9 until the problem went away.

Turns out, reverting back to the libmysqlclient10 build-dep makes the problem
go away.

I'm sure more information is needed to root cause this problem; let me
know what you'd like to see.
