Well, while you seem to be right, even applying the ja.po file from the bug report, it gets re-outdated when merged with the templates.pot file. This is due to numerous changes I made in the NMU to make the templates better compliant with the DevRef recommendations. So, I recommend you update the attached file. I would be happy to upload another NMU unless Jean-Michel wants to do the upload himself.
