While the problem with the badly-formed MathML might be resolved (didn’t check it), the other problem wasn’t dealt with. This problem is that KFormula seems to interpret a formula “abc” always as the product of a, b, and c while it could as well mean a single entity named “abc”, or a product of ab and c, etc.
