hi folks, i can unfortunately reproduce that problem on a sun ultra 5. i was also able to fix the problem by editing /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/sun/us and replacing every include "srvr_ctrl(xfree86)"; with include "srvr_ctrl(xfree86)" please note that while all other commands in these files are terminated with a ";", the include command seems not to work if there is one...
