Please check a recent version of emacs-snapshot, or usual Debian emacs21
together with dictionaries-common > 0.70.5. Yes, the duplicated words regexp
had a looping problem which should already be fixed in both places (problems of
blindly trusting emacs-lisp-intro).

I am now in low bandwith and cannot point to the relevant emacs-devel
thread, and in non sid box, so I cannot really check your file, sorry.
