Ok, I see.

Let's suppose that I create a package for this.

[ It would be more a pseudopackage than a real package, as it would
be completely empty and probably useless by itself ].

Any suggestion to name it? ftp.debian.org-tools-unzip?

Should I try to include everything currently in /debian/tools
and name it ftp.debian.org-tools?

I see that lodlin16.zip already comes from the loadlin package, so such
file should be excluded. Is this the only file currently having a
proper "byhand" thing?

Thanks.
