Package: otrs Severity: important Upon upgrading to otrs version 1.3.2p01-4 the Output directory was moved to /etc/otrs/ (fixing bug #291512). After the upgrade I was getting internal sever error messages when accessing the web interface, and I got the following error in apache's error.log file:
