I can confirm that the unlock dialog is still slow for me as of 2.14.3-3. Right after locking it's fine, but if I come back to it after about 20 minutes and go to unlock the screen it takes a good 3 to 4 seconds for the password dialog to appear and start responding to keypresses. At this point I've already typed my password and hit enter only to realize that it only picked up the last one or two keystrokes (including enter) and is now going to lock me out for an additional 5 seconds due to an invalid password.
