Package: xen-tools

While it seems like xen-create-image is correctly working when I
overwrite the installation method in a config provided with --config,
setting the default installation method to "0" like this:

hostname=service-files
mac=00:16:3E:3C:00:53
ide=1
size=2Gb
template=/etc/xen-tools/paravirtual-service.tmpl
memory=64
debootstrap=0
#no-install=1
lvm=space
tar=/welt/produktion/tmp/xen-buch/openfiler-2.2-x86-xen-domU.tgz
dist=none # created empty hook file none.d

(in xen-tools-conf debootstrap=1 is default install method)

This leads to error about more than one install method specified in
xt-install-image.
if I do not specify debootstrap=0 it already fails fast in xen-create-image.
