Ninety days have now passed with no activity in this bug log, and I was thinking of closing the log; but although I am not sure exactly what to do about it, I do tend to think this bug report legitimate. Maybe when I edit the package's manpage for Debian lenny (etch+1), I shall look into the terminology then. It will be hard to say exactly when the bug is fixed as such, but unless you object at the time I shall probably close the bug when I edit the manpage.
