Package: reportbug
Version: 3.31
Severity: normal

reportbug fails when used to report a bug against the "norwegian" package. I
suppose this is due to a non ASCII character, somewhere, that's not UTF-8
encoded but ISO-8859-1 encoded.

Using 'Christian Perrier <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>' as your from address.
