Thanks for this information. I'm aware that the zope-zms version in Debian is behind upstream. The problem is that since ZMS 2.2 Zope2.7 is required. While there are Zope2.7 packages in Debian the default Zope version for Sarge will be 2.6. I do not really want to build two versions of ZMS and thus I decided to stay with ZMS 2.1.x.
Which features of ZMS > 2.1? would you be interested in?
