XEmacs cannot load these either to view, edit or run them in this form, so the first thing that the sysadmin must do after installing this package is uncompress all the files, especially if you want to do the things mentioned in the description: " The major reason to install this package is if you want to learn elisp or modify the libraries for your specific installation."
